Shepherd hops the fence the Weimeraner doesnt hop the fence so now I gotta chain him up in the garage to A workbench? I leave the sidedoor open for him to go in and out? But cant reach the fence. Before I even seriously THINK of it, does anyone know setback limits/regulations for how far back structure needs to be from street in City of Hesperia, CA - California? Went to one about 30 yrs ago. Was great, did hot towels and some sort of 'floppy feeling' massager thingy on my back before he'd start any adjustments. (WHAT WAS THAT FLOPPY THING?
